Daniel founded Energy Fit & Spa in the year 2021, after working for over 15 years in the health and fitness industry. He wanted to create a studio that would bring the concepts fitness and spa into one space, guiding people through their wellness journey.
Our team of experts is committed to you and your journey. They will work with you on a personalize plan that balances exercise and spa treatments to maximize your results.
We are also proud to be one of the very few studios in Miami that offers FDA Certified EMS (Electro-Muscle Stimulation) training. With EMS training you can achieve a full-body workout in just 20 minutes, thanks to its wireless technology that send electrical stimulation to your body while you are working out.
